Dynamic Construction, Inc. is proud to be a family owned and operated business committed to top quality hands on construction specializing in residential remodeling, custom built new homes and commercial construction and renovations.

We specialize in a wide range of residential and commercial construction varying in size and scope, from custom homes to commercial buildings.

We are a close knit team lead by J.R. Abernathy who has been in the construction business for 29 years , beginning in the grading business in North Carolina and then creating a construction company and pursuing his general contractors’ license in 1990.  JR and Todd moved to Myrtle Beach in 1998 and continued with their construction work and decided to form a new corporation in 2004, Dynamic Construction, Inc.   (JR and Todd both have an extensive background in all phases of construction) for all residential & commercial applications.

His son Todd, who is involved in all day-to-day building aspects and who practically grew up on a job site.  Daughter in law, Becky managing all office duties and meeting with clients having an accounting background make up the core of our company.
